Job Title: Management Trainee

Job Description: As a Management Trainee (Fintech Consulting & Business Growth), you will support consulting assignments, market research, business-development initiatives, client presentations, and technology-enabled growth projects while developing practical commercial and analytical experience in Qatar’s fintech environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support fintech consulting and business-growth projects from research through delivery
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer analysis for client assignments
• Assist with business plans, growth strategies, and commercial recommendations
• Prepare presentations, reports, and structured client-facing materials
• Support lead generation and business-development outreach
• Coordinate project tasks, schedules, documentation, and follow-up actions
• Apply digital and AI tools to improve research and productivity
• Work with consultants and clients on practical business-improvement initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

• MBA qualification is required
• Zero to two years of relevant business, consulting, or fintech experience
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfort using AI-enabled productivity and research tools
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and teamwork skills
