Job Title: Legal Execution Officer

Job Description: As a Legal Execution Officer at a well-established UAE law firm with 30+ years of experience, you will be responsible for managing the execution of legal documentation and proceedings — applying a minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in legal execution to support the firm’s corporate, banking, and commercial legal practices with precise, compliant legal document management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the execution of legal documentation and proceedings for corporate, banking, and commercial legal matters
• Apply minimum 3 years of UAE experience in legal execution to all legal document management activities
• Liaise with external lawyers, courts, and authorities under the supervision of senior legal staff
• Support the Litigation function by assisting in managing legal proceedings and documentation
• Prepare and manage legal execution files, court submissions, and enforcement documentation
• Coordinate with banking, corporate, and commercial clients on legal document execution requirements
• Maintain accurate legal records and execution documentation for firm compliance and client review
• Monitor UAE corporate and banking law developments affecting legal execution processes

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in legal execution — required
• UAE Bar or relevant legal certification is an advantage
• Strong understanding of UAE legal procedures, court processes, and banking legal documentation
• Excellent organizational and documentation management skills for legal execution activities
• Arabic language skills required for UAE court, authority, and client legal engagement
• UAE law firm experience with corporate and banking legal execution background preferred
