Job Title: Lead Product Analyst

Job Description: As a Lead Product Analyst at a trading technology firm, you will own the product-performance analytics function and data-informed decision frameworks across a multi-asset trading organization, using insights to shape the trading platform’s roadmap and strategic direction.

Responsibilities:

• Own product analytics frameworks, including user behavioural analysis, conversion funnels, and feature adoption metrics for the trading platform.
• Define and track KPIs for multi-asset trading products, collaborating with product managers and leadership on data-driven strategy.
• Design and implement A/B test experiments to evaluate product changes, ensuring robust and actionable results.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) to communicate insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of product analytics experience, with a strong background in fintech, trading, or financial services.
• Deep expertise in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Proven ability to lead product analytics frameworks and drive data-informed product strategy across complex platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
