Job Title: Junior Trade Support Officer

Job Description: As a Junior Trade Support Officer, you will provide front-line support to traders and clients, resolving trade-related queries and ensuring smooth operational execution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to traders and clients on trade-related queries, including executions, positions, and P&L.
• Monitor trade flows and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Assist with trade reconciliation and settlement processes.
• Collaborate with trading, operations, and customer support teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications Needed:

• 1–3 years of trade support or operations experience in financial services or fintech.
• Strong understanding of trading operations, order flow, and settlement.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and trading platforms; fluent in English.
