Job Title: Junior ITOC Analyst

Job Description: As a Junior ITOC Analyst, you will monitor trading infrastructure and IT operations for an online trading group, ensuring system availability and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor trading infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, for performance and availability.
• Identify and escalate incidents to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Maintain documentation of IT operations procedures and incident reports.
• Collaborate with IT operations and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 1-3 years of IT operations or monitoring experience in trading, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; ability to work in a 24/7 environment is a plus.
