Job Title: Junior AML Analyst – Insurance Division

Job Description: As a Junior AML Analyst in the Insurance Division at a globally established UAE conglomerate, you will apply minimum 1 year of AML compliance experience in banking or insurance — joining the Insurance Division’s financial crime compliance function to support AML monitoring, KYC, and regulatory compliance across a diversified group with automotive, financial services, real estate, retail, and healthcare divisions.

Responsibilities:

• Apply minimum 1 year of AML compliance experience in banking or insurance to Insurance Division compliance
• Support AML monitoring, KYC, and regulatory compliance across the Insurance Division’s financial crime function
• Conduct customer due diligence and AML monitoring for insurance client relationships and transactions
• Perform sanctions screening, PEP checks, and adverse media searches for new and existing insurance clients
• Investigate suspicious activity alerts and prepare SAR/STR escalation documentation for MLRO review
• Maintain accurate compliance records for regulatory audit and Insurance Division governance review
• Coordinate with Insurance Operations, Risk, and Compliance teams on AML compliance requirements
• Stay current on UAE and international AML/CFT regulatory requirements applicable to insurance and financial services

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 1 year of AML compliance experience in banking or insurance — required
• Genuine interest in financial crime compliance and insurance division AML operations
• Strong understanding of KYC, CDD, transaction monitoring, and AML regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills for suspicious activity investigation
• Arabic and English communication skills preferred for UAE insurance and banking compliance engagement
• CAMS or equivalent AML qualification preferred or in progress
