Job Title: Java Developer

Job Description: As a Java Developer on a government-backed digital qualifications platform, you will develop and maintain enterprise-grade Java applications that support credentialing, certification, and financial qualification services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimise Java-based backend systems and microservices.
• Integrate with databases, external APIs, and government systems for secure data exchange.
• Implement robust security, authentication, and compliance features in line with government standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on schedule and with high quality.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of Java development experience, with strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of fintech, qualification systems, or government digital platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a structured environment.
