Job Title: IT Security Analyst

Job Description: As an IT Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting our company’s information assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. You will monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities, investigate incidents, and implement security controls to mitigate risks.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents.
• Investigate security incidents and conduct forensic analysis to determine root cause and impact.
• Implement security controls and measures to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.
• Conduct security assessments and penetration tests to identify and remediate potential risks.
• Stay informed about emerging threats and industry trends, and recommend proactive measures to enhance our security posture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT security or related roles.
• Strong understanding of network security principles, protocols, and technologies.
• Experience with security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls).
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus.
