Job Title: IT Project Manager – Infrastructure Transformation

Job Description: As an IT Project Manager for Infrastructure Transformation at a banking and technology consultancy in Abu Dhabi, you will track key project deliverables and products — coordinating with various Technology teams and ensuring on-time project delivery for a major UAE banking infrastructure transformation programme.

Responsibilities:

• Track key project deliverables and products across a banking infrastructure transformation programme
• Coordinate with various Technology teams ensuring on-time project delivery for a UAE banking client
• Lead IT infrastructure transformation project planning, execution, and quality governance
• Manage vendor deliveries — ensuring external technology vendors meet project milestones and quality standards
• Apply extensive project management experience covering agile and scrum models with fintech or financial services focus
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication frameworks
• Produce executive project status reporting and governance documentation for banking client leadership
• Drive resolution of project delivery risks and blockers through proactive technology team coordination

Qualifications Needed:

• Extensive project management experience covering agile and scrum models with focus on fintech or financial services
• Proven IT Project Manager experience leading banking infrastructure transformation programmes
• Strong vendor management, deliverable tracking, and on-time delivery management skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills — experience with Python or other scripting languages is a plus
• UAE resident or willingness to relocate for this Abu Dhabi infrastructure transformation mandate
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
