Job Title:  IT Procurement & Vendor Management Analyst (Fintech / Financial Services)

Job Description: As an IT Procurement and Vendor Management Analyst at a financial services or fintech organization, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end procurement of technology goods and services — from RFx management through vendor onboarding, contract administration, and ongoing performance monitoring. You will apply analytical skills and procurement knowledge to ensure competitive, compliant, and strategically aligned technology vendor management across fintech platforms, cloud services, and IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end procurement of technology goods and services — RFx management, vendor evaluation, and contract administration
• Manage the full vendor onboarding process — due diligence, contractual setup, and system registration
• Monitor and report on vendor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations
• Maintain accurate vendor records, procurement documentation, and contract management databases
• Conduct spend analysis and procurement reporting for management and governance review
• Support RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes in collaboration with IT, Architecture, and Finance teams
• Ensure all technology procurement activities comply with financial services regulatory standards and procurement policy
• Identify and escalate vendor performance issues, contract risks, and procurement compliance gaps

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven IT procurement or vendor management analyst experience within a financial services or fintech organization
• Understanding of technology procurement processes — RFx management, vendor evaluation, and contract administration
• Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct spend analysis and vendor performance reporting
• Proficiency with procurement systems, contract management tools, and Microsoft Excel for procurement analytics
• Knowledge of UAE financial services procurement regulations and compliance requirements preferred
• Relevant procurement or supply chain qualification (CIPS or equivalent) preferred
