Job Title: IT Procurement Manager – Fintech Platforms

Job Description: As an IT Procurement Manager specializing in fintech platforms and technology services, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing technology-related goods and services — including fintech platforms, cloud services, IT hardware, software, and technology consulting. You will manage the full RFx procurement process in collaboration with IT, Architecture, and Security teams — ensuring competitive, compliant, and strategically aligned technology procurement for a large financial services or enterprise organization.

Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and manage technology-related goods and services including fintech platforms, cloud services, IT hardware, software, and technology consulting
• Manage the full RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) in collaboration with IT, Architecture, and Security teams
• Ensure CPD (Corporate Procurement Department) function performs to expected levels in terms of quality, quantity, vendor and supplier relations, end user satisfaction, and bottom-line contribution within agreed time frames
• Evaluate and select technology vendors and fintech platform providers based on technical, commercial, and compliance criteria
• Negotiate vendor contracts, service level agreements, and commercial terms for technology procurement
• Manage ongoing vendor relationships — monitoring performance, resolving issues, and driving value across technology supplier portfolio
• Ensure all technology procurement activities comply with applicable procurement policies and financial services regulatory standards
• Produce procurement reporting and spend analysis for management and governance review

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven IT procurement experience with specific expertise in sourcing fintech platforms and technology services
• Deep understanding of RFx processes, vendor evaluation frameworks, and technology procurement best practices
• Experience managing technology procurement for a large financial services or enterprise organization
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills
• Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and financial services technology compliance requirements
• Relevant procurement qualification (CIPS, CSCP, or equivalent) preferred
