Job Title: Investment Consultant

Job Description: As an Investment Consultant at a Dubai-based investment company, you will understand client investment goals and recommend suitable investment opportunities — with the ideal candidate having to be from Europe with a proven track record dealing with investors in real estate and banking. This role focuses on connecting European investor capital with Dubai and UAE real estate and banking investment opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Understand client investment goals and recommend suitable real estate and banking investment opportunities
• Apply European investor background and proven track record in real estate and banking investor dealings
• Build and maintain a portfolio of European HNW and institutional investor clients seeking UAE investment opportunities
• Present UAE and Dubai real estate investment projects and banking products to European investor segments
• Conduct client financial needs assessments and develop tailored real estate and banking investment recommendations
• Ensure all investment advisory activities comply with UAE financial services regulations and investment suitability
• Develop new European investor relationships through senior networking and proactive market engagement
• Monitor UAE real estate and banking investment market developments relevant to European investor mandates

Qualifications Needed:

• Ideal candidate will be from Europe with a proven track record dealing with investors — required
• Experience dealing with investors in the banking or real estate sector — required
• Strong understanding of UAE and Dubai real estate investment products and banking solutions
• Excellent client-facing communication and investment advisory skills for European investor engagement
• UAE investment regulatory compliance expertise including KYC, AML, and investment suitability
• CFA, CFP, or equivalent investment qualification preferred
