Job Title: Internal Auditor (Fintech / Payment Solutions)

Job Description: We are recruiting a Junior Auditor / Assistant Manager for a fintech and payment solutions client. The role is responsible for executing business process assurance and advisory projects for the Corporate Segment, focusing on governance, risk management, and internal control effectiveness within a regulated fintech and payments environment.

Responsibilities:

• Execute business process assurance and advisory projects for the Corporate Segment
• Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes
• Conduct audit fieldwork, documentation, and reporting in line with internal audit standards
• Identify financial control gaps and recommend process improvements to strengthen governance
• Communicate professionally with auditee management throughout the audit process
• Evaluate anti-fraud framework and provide actionable recommendations
• Prepare clear, well-structured audit reports with actionable findings
• Support compliance with applicable regulatory standards within the fintech and payment solutions environment

Qualifications Needed:

• Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or audit (ACA, ACCA, CIA, or equivalent)
• Experience in internal audit, business process assurance, or advisory within fintech, payments, or financial services
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks
• Analytical mindset with ability to identify control weaknesses and improvement opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for audit report production and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency with audit tools and Microsoft Office suite
