Job Title: Internal Audit Lead

Job Description: As an Internal Audit Lead, you will lead internal audit within a payment gateway’s governance, risk, and compliance function, ensuring robust controls and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead internal audit engagements across business, operations, and technology functions.
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify gaps.
• Prepare audit reports and track remediation actions.
• Collaborate with risk, compliance, and finance teams on governance initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of internal audit experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CAMS) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
