Job Title: Integration Consultant

Job Description: As a Integration Consultant, you will work at the intersection of technology, delivery, and client success for a MENA payments provider, helping merchants complete reliable integrations, resolve acceptance issues, and scale confidently on unified payment services.

Responsibilities:

• Guide merchants through payment-product integration and technical onboarding
• Coordinate delivery activities between clients and internal technical teams
• Investigate integration issues and support precise, timely resolution
• Help ensure merchant acceptance journeys are smooth and reliable
• Track implementation tasks, dependencies, progress, and outstanding actions
• Communicate technical requirements in clear client-facing language
• Support testing and readiness before merchant go-live
• Contribute to customer success and scalable acceptance processes

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in technical integration, implementation, delivery, or client solutions
• Understanding of payment acceptance, APIs, gateways, or digital products
• Ability to troubleshoot issues with technical and business stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver work accurately and on time
• Customer-focused, collaborative, and organized working style
