Job Title: Institutional Business Development Manager/Associate (Arabic Speaking)

Job Description: As an Institutional Business Development Manager or Associate at OKX, you will drive client acquisition and relationship management for institutional clients across the MENA region, leveraging your Arabic language skills.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, and asset managers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing of institutional partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and treasury decision-makers.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and compliance teams to align BD strategies with client needs.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of institutional business development or sales experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong network within the MENA institutional finance ecosystem.
• Proven track record of closing high-value institutional deals.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
