Job Title: Information Security Intern

Job Description: As an Information Security Intern, you will join a regulated fintech security function and contribute to real vulnerability assessment, application security, governance, risk, and compliance work across mobile applications, backend services, payment integrations, and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Triage findings from SAST, DAST, software-composition, and dependency scanners
• Reproduce and document vulnerabilities and prepare clear remediation tickets
• Contribute to secure code reviews involving authentication, validation, and data handling
• Participate in threat-modelling sessions for new product features
• Run scoped security assessments against staging environments under senior review
• Support compliance programmes including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and SAMA requirements
• Assist with risk assessments, vendor security reviews, audit evidence, and awareness activities
• Work with product engineering, risk engineering, platform, and site-reliability teams

Qualifications Needed:

• Saudi nationality and availability for full-time internship engagement
• Current student or fresh graduate status in a relevant technical field
• Interest in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, or security governance
• Ability to document technical findings clearly and work to engineering standards
• Security certifications such as OSCP, CEH, Security+, CISA, CISM, or CRISC are welcomed but not required
• Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma background, with strong ownership and learning ability
