Job Title: ICFR/SOX Compliance – IT Audit

Job Description: As an ICFR/SOX Compliance – IT Audit professional, you will support banking-sector operations in the UAE by assessing IT controls, executing ICFR and SOX compliance work, reviewing technology risks, and applying hands-on knowledge of general IT controls, automated controls, and core-banking systems to strengthen the control environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform IT audit and ICFR or SOX compliance activities for banking operations
• Assess general IT controls and application-level automated controls
• Review control design and operating effectiveness across relevant technology processes
• Identify IT risks, control gaps, and compliance weaknesses
• Document testing procedures, evidence, conclusions, and remediation requirements
• Coordinate with technology, risk, audit, and business stakeholders on control reviews
• Support follow-up testing and closure of identified remediation actions
• Apply knowledge of core-banking systems when evaluating technology controls and risk exposure

Qualifications Needed:

• Four to seven years of experience in IT audit, ICFR or SOX compliance, risk advisory, or internal audit
• Relevant banking or financial-services experience
• Professional certification such as CISA or CPA preferred
• Hands-on experience with general IT controls and IT application controls
• Strong knowledge of IT risk management
• Practical familiarity with core-banking systems
