Job Title: Head Teller

Job Description: As a Head Teller at one of the UAE’s most innovative banks in the Ras Al-Khaimah branch, you will be responsible for maintaining required branch vault cash for the next working day — applying 5–6 years of experience in retail and branch banking as Senior Teller or Head Teller. This is an Emiratized role for UAE Nationals committed to excellence in branch banking operations.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain required branch vault cash for the next working day — ensuring accurate cash management and reconciliation
• Apply 5–6 years of experience in retail banking and branch banking as Senior Teller or Head Teller
• Lead the teller team — supervising teller operations, ensuring accuracy, and driving service quality
• Process all cash and non-cash banking transactions accurately and within UAE banking regulatory standards
• Ensure branch vault, safe, and cash management procedures comply with internal controls and security policies
• Train and mentor teller staff on banking transaction procedures and customer service standards
• Produce daily cash position reports and branch operational documentation for branch management
• Ensure all teller operations comply with UAE Central Bank regulations and bank internal policies

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emiratized Head Teller role
• 5–6 years of experience in retail banking and branch banking — as Senior Teller or Head Teller required
• Strong understanding of branch cash management, vault operations, and teller supervision
• Excellent leadership and team management skills for branch teller team development
• Arabic and English communication skills for UAE branch banking client and team engagement
• UAE Central Bank regulatory compliance knowledge for branch banking operations
