Job Title: Head of Wealth & Trading

Job Description: As the Head of Wealth and Trading, you will lead the wealth and trading product line for a digital bank’s UAE launch, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the wealth and trading product line, including product strategy, roadmap, and execution.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver compliant, user-centred products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of product management experience in wealth management, trading, or digital banking.
• Strong understanding of investment products, trading platforms, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of launching successful wealth and trading products.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
