Job Description

The Head of Risk & Compliance will oversee enterprise-wide risk management and regulatory compliance for fintech platforms in Dubai. You will lead the risk framework, manage regulatory relationships, and ensure operational and financial controls meet DIFC/ADGM and UAE Central Bank standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise risk and compliance frameworks.
  • Monitor and report operational, credit, and market risks.
  • Engage with regulators and manage audits and inspections.
  • Advise executive leadership on risk and regulatory matters.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop risk and compliance teams.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, or Law; professional certifications preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in risk and compliance within fintech or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE and MENA regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
