The Head of Product will lead strategy and delivery of digital banking platforms in Dubai, overseeing product roadmaps, UX, and compliance. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and regulatory alignment across UAE and GCC markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap for digital banking platforms.
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor KPIs and optimize product adoption.
  • Ensure alignment with UAE Central Bank and DIFC/ADGM regulations.
  • Mentor product managers and lead innovation initiatives.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or Technology; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years in product leadership within fintech or banking.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE digital banking and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills.
