Job Title: Head of Payments

Job Description: Shape and execute the payments strategy for a forward-thinking Dubai-based fintech enterprise. Lead the end-to-end payments function and drive innovation across payment systems, gateways, and transaction processing operations.

Responsibilities:*

• Shape and execute the company’s end-to-end payments strategy
• Manage relationships with payment processors, gateways, acquirers, and banking partners
• Oversee the full payments lifecycle including authorisation, settlement, reconciliation, and dispute resolution
• Monitor payment trends using data analytics and drive data-informed process improvements
• Lead a team responsible for payment operations and performance
• Ensure payment systems comply with applicable UAE and regional regulatory requirements
• Identify and integrate new payment methods and technologies to improve customer experience
• Collaborate with product, technology, and compliance teams on payments roadmap delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years in payments management, preferably within fintech or iGaming industry
• Deep expertise in payment systems, gateways, and transaction processing
• Strong data analysis skills to monitor trends and drive informed improvements
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
• Track record of building and scaling payments operations in a regulated environment
