The Head of Payments Strategy will define and execute long-term payments strategy for Dubai-based fintech platforms. This role focuses on market expansion, product innovation, and regulatory alignment across the UAE and MENA region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop payments strategy aligned with business growth goals.
  • Identify new payment corridors, methods, and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank and DIFC/ADGM regulations.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, and technology teams.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, or Economics; MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years experience in payments or fintech leadership.
  • Strong understanding of UAE and regional payments ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
