Job Title: Head of Payments Product

Job Description: As Head of Payments Product, you will lead product for a QCB-licensed payment services provider, driving product strategy, innovation, and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the licensed payment services provider.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams on product delivery.
• Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to prioritise features.
• Lead the product team and drive performance and innovation.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of QCB regulations and the Qatari payments landscape.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling payment products.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
