Job Title: Head of Payments – Fintech / iGaming, PSP Strategy & Growth

Job Description: As Head of Payments at a fintech or iGaming company via a specialist recruitment firm, you will apply 3+ years in payments management — preferably within the fintech or iGaming industry — to shape and execute the payments strategy, managing PSP relationships, optimising transaction performance, and driving the payments function forward.

Responsibilities:

• Apply 3+ years in payments management — preferably within fintech or iGaming — to Head of Payments mandate
• Shape and execute the payments strategy covering PSP management, transaction performance, and channel optimisation
• Build and manage relationships with payment service providers, banks, and financial partners
• Negotiate contracts with PSPs to secure optimal terms and expand payment capabilities
• Analyse payment data — transaction volumes, success rates, dispute rates, and costs — for strategic decisions
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and Compliance teams to enhance payment products and services
• Provide guidance and mentorship to the payments team fostering continuous improvement culture
• Monitor GCC and global payments regulatory and market developments for strategic intelligence

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years in payments management — preferably within fintech or iGaming industry — required
• Proven Head of Payments experience with PSP strategy and payments growth leadership background
• Strong PSP relationship management, contract negotiation, and payment analytics for fintech mandate
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field — required
• Excellent team leadership, commercial, and senior fintech payments stakeholder management skills
• GCC fintech or iGaming Head of Payments experience strongly preferred
