Job Title: Head of Marketing (Web3 & Blockchain with RWA)

Job Description: As Head of Marketing for Web3 and Blockchain with a focus on Real World Assets (RWA), you will lead brand strategy, community building, and marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and market positioning for a cutting-edge blockchain fintech.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Web3, blockchain, and RWA products.
• Build and manage a marketing team, driving performance across digital, content, community, and events.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and thought leadership initiatives in the blockchain and RWA space.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and partnership teams to align marketing with business goals.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of marketing leadership experience, with 5+ years in Web3, blockchain, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of Real World Assets (RWA), DeFi, and tokenization ecosystems.
• Proven track record of building brands and driving adoption in blockchain or crypto markets.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and storytelling skills; fluent in English.
