Job Title: Head of IT

Job Description: As Head of IT for Doha Bank Assurance Company (DBAC), you will lead the technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital initiatives for the assurance and insurance arm of Doha Bank.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the IT strategy for DBAC, aligning with business goals and digital transformation objectives.
• Manage IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity for the assurance company.
• Oversee technology projects, vendor relationships, and IT budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar Central Bank regulations, cybersecurity standards, and business continuity requirements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in insurance, banking, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of insurance systems, digital platforms, and regulatory technology.
• Proven track record of leading IT transformation and managing large-scale technology projects.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
