Job Title: Financial Customer Success Manager

Job Description: The Head of Engineering will lead the full engineering function — setting technical direction, managing engineering teams, driving platform development and reliability, and aligning technology delivery with the Group’s ambitious global expansion plans.

Responsibilities:*

• Set and own the technology and engineering roadmap for MultiBank Group’s trading platforms and infrastructure
• Lead and develop the engineering organization — managing team leads, engineers, and contractors across backend, frontend, mobile, and DevOps functions
• Drive delivery of platform features, improvements, and new product capabilities aligned with business priorities
• Establish engineering standards, best practices, code quality frameworks, and DevOps/CI-CD culture
• Partner with Product, Trading, Compliance, and Commercial leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Own system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across all production platforms
• Lead hiring and talent development for the engineering team
• Represent engineering in leadership forums and contribute to company strategy discussions

Qualifications Needed:

• 12+ years of engineering experience with at least 5 years in an engineering leadership or CTO/Head of Engineering role
• Proven track record leading engineering organizations in fintech, forex/CFD brokerage, capital markets, or high-performance financial technology
• Deep understanding of trading platform architecture, financial data systems, and low-latency infrastructure
• Experience building and scaling engineering teams in fast-growth, globally regulated environments
• Strong familiarity with cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven architectures in financial services contexts
