Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years engineering experience, 5+ in leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of fintech systems and UAE regulations.
  • Strong leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
