Job Title: Head of Engineering

Job Description: As the Head of Engineering at OSON, a Dubai-based fintech, you will lead the engineering organisation, driving technical strategy, architecture, and the development of innovative fintech products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the engineering team, setting technical direction and best practices.
• Architect and deliver scalable, secure fintech platforms and products.
• Drive innovation in fintech technology, including payments, lending, and digital banking.
• Collaborate with product, design, and business stakeholders to align engineering with business goals.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role in fintech.
• Deep expertise in microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), and modern engineering practices.
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing engineering teams.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills; fluent in English.
