The Head of Digital Transformation will lead innovation and technology adoption for fintech platforms in Dubai, driving digital strategy, process automation, and customer-centric initiatives across UAE and MENA markets.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute digital transformation strategy for fintech operations.
  • Oversee technology adoption, automation, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and risk teams.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives comply with DIFC/ADGM regulations.
  • Track KPIs and report transformation outcomes to executive leadership.

Qualifications Needed

  • Bachelor’s in IT, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in digital transformation or fintech leadership.
  • Knowledge of UAE regulatory standards for digital finance.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
