Job Title: Head of AML and CTF (Saudi National)

Job Description: As Head of AML and CTF, you will lead the AML function for a licensed payments company, owning the framework and regulatory relationship.

Responsibilities:

• Own the AML/CTF framework, including policies, procedures, and controls.
• Act as the primary liaison with SAMA on AML matters.
• Manage suspicious activity reporting, investigations, and escalations.
• Lead the AML team and provide training across the business.

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of AML/CTF compliance experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of SAMA AML regulations and payments compliance.
• Professional certifications (CAMS, CGSS) required.
• Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
