We are searching for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition, engagement, and retention across fintech products. This role requires creativity, analytical rigor, and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Optimize paid search, social media, SEO, and referral programs.
Conduct A/B testing and funnel optimization.
Collaborate with product teams on in-app engagement strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and ROI.
Research market trends and customer behavior.
Build partnerships for growth-focused collaborations.
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
4–7 years of digital/growth marketing experience, ideally in fintech.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar tools.
Proven track record of scaling user growth.
Excellent creativity, adaptability, and communication skills.
