Job Title: Group Chief Risk Officer

Job Description: Lead and build the global risk function for a high-growth, multi-asset trading group

Responsibilities:

• Own enterprise risk across trading, market surveillance, liquidity, treasury, operational, cyber, regulatory, and digital asset custody
• Design and implement the group risk framework with three-lines-of-defence architecture and risk appetite statements
• Oversee real-time risk engines for FX, CFDs, crypto spot, perpetuals, margin lending, and copy trading
• Manage Fireblocks policy engine and MPC workflow controls for wallet segregation
• Lead engagement with multiple regulators and maintain audit trail integrity
• Build and lead a 24/7 global risk team across Dubai, India, and Europe
• Report directly to the Group CEO with final sign-off authority on product launches and leverage parameters

Qualifications Needed:

• 15+ years in risk management with significant leadership tenure at a global trading platform, FX/CFD broker, bank trading division, or crypto exchange
• Strong working knowledge of market-making mechanics, liquidity provider integration, and institutional flow
• Quantitative grounding in margining, stress testing, and risk models
• Technical fluency around matching engines, pricing feeds, bridges, blockchain custody, and transaction risk
