Job Title: Government Solutions Delivery Manager

Job Description: As a Government Solutions Delivery Manager, you will deliver public-sector payment programs for a payments network, managing complex implementations end to end.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver public-sector payment programs, managing scope, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and compliance.
• Build and maintain relationships with government entities and public-sector partners.
• Report on delivery progress and manage risks and dependencies.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of delivery or program management experience in payments, fintech, or public sector.
• Strong understanding of government payment flows and procurement processes in Qatar.
• Proven track record of delivering complex public-sector payment programs.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
