Job Title: Generation Z – Application Testing Trainee

Job Description: As a ZAIN2420 – Generation Z – Application Testing Trainee, you will support quality assurance for a Shariah-compliant personal-finance application, designing test plans, executing tests across devices, documenting defects, and helping deliver a reliable user experience for an emerging Bahrain fintech product.

Responsibilities:

• Design test plans and test cases for application features
• Execute functional testing across supported devices and environments
• Identify, document, and manage software defects
• Re-test fixes and support regression testing before releases
• Validate user journeys and application behaviour against requirements
• Coordinate findings with developers, product teams, and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain clear testing records and status updates
• Support improvements that strengthen reliability and customer experience

Qualifications Needed:

• Graduate or early-career eligibility for a structured application-testing trainee role
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts and test-case design
• Ability to execute tests consistently across devices and environments
• Strong attention to detail and structured defect documentation skills
• Good communication and collaboration ability with technical teams
• Interest in fintech, digital personal finance, and Shariah-compliant financial products
