Job Title: GCC Open Banking & Payments Thought Leadership Content

Job Description: As a Fintech Content and Thought Leadership specialist at a financial technology advisory company, you will create thought leadership and market-relevant assets tailored to GCC priorities — including open banking, instant payments, IFRS 17, digital claims, and fintech innovation — for financial institutions, insurers, and enterprise clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council.

Responsibilities:

• Create thought leadership and market-relevant assets tailored to GCC priorities — open banking, instant payments, IFRS 17, and digital claims
• Develop high-quality fintech content — white papers, research reports, market analyses, and executive briefs
• Research UAE and GCC open banking, instant payments, and financial technology market developments
• Coordinate with Consulting, Product, and Commercial teams on content strategy and market positioning
• Produce content for financial institution clients — banks, insurers, and enterprise fintech audiences in the GCC
• Monitor GCC regulatory developments — CBUAE open banking, SAMA Sarie, and regional payment infrastructure
• Build and maintain relationships with GCC financial media, industry associations, and fintech communities
• Produce digital content across website, LinkedIn, and industry publications for GCC fintech audiences

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven fintech content creation or thought leadership experience with GCC banking and financial services expertise
• Deep understanding of GCC open banking, instant payments, IFRS 17, and digital financial services market developments
• Strong written communication for producing market-relevant financial technology thought leadership assets
• Understanding of UAE and GCC banking regulatory landscape and financial technology innovation trends
• Excellent research, analytical, and content production skills for senior financial institution audiences
• Arabic language skills preferred for GCC bilingual content production and market research engagement
