Job Title: Functional QA – Test Lead (Islamic Banking CRM Program)

Job Description: As a Functional QA Test Lead for the Islamic Banking CRM Program at Dicetek, you will lead testing efforts for a large-scale CRM implementation, ensuring quality, functionality, and alignment with Islamic banking requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the functional QA team, defining test strategy, planning, and execution for the CRM program.
• Develop and review test cases, scenarios, and scripts for Islamic banking CRM modules.
• Coordinate with development, business, and program teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Track defects, manage test execution, and report on quality metrics to project leadership.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of functional QA experience, with 3+ years in a Test Lead role in banking or fintech.
• Strong expertise in CRM testing, functional test automation, and test management tools (JIRA, HP ALM).
• Experience with Islamic banking systems and Sharia-compliant processes is a strong plus.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
