Job Title: FP&A Manager

Job Description: The FP&A Manager will build and maintain the financial planning infrastructure — owning the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, management reporting packs, and financial modelling — ensuring leadership has actionable financial insight to navigate growth and complexity.

Responsibilities:*

• Own HALA’s annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes — coordinating inputs from business units and producing consolidated financial plans
• Build and maintain financial models for revenue, cost, headcount, and cash flow across all HALA entities
• Produce monthly management reporting packs for the CFO and executive leadership — including P&L, balance sheet, and KPI dashboards
• Conduct variance analysis — comparing actuals vs. budget and forecast and providing clear explanations of key drivers
• Support the CFO and Board with investor reporting, financial presentations, and ad-hoc analysis
• Partner with Business Finance, Treasury, and Accounting teams to ensure financial data integrity and alignment
• Identify and implement improvements to FP&A processes, tools, and reporting infrastructure
• Support strategic financial modelling for new products, markets, and business initiatives

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of FP&A experience within a high-growth fintech, technology, or financial services company
• Strong financial modelling skills and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; experience with FP&A tools (Anaplan, Adaptive, or similar) preferred
• Proven experience building and managing the full annual planning and forecasting cycle
• Strong analytical and business communication skills — ability to translate financial data into executive-level insights
• CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in a SAMA-regulated or comparable fintech/banking environment is an advantage
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
