Job Title: FP&A Analyst – Digital Assets

Job Description: As an FP&A Analyst at a fintech company enabling frictionless payment programmes with modern infrastructure, you will support planning and performance analysis for digital asset, fintech, and infrastructure businesses. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support the company’s growth and strategic objectives in the dynamic fintech sector.

Responsibilities:

• Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Conduct performance analysis for digital asset, fintech, and infrastructure businesses
• Develop financial models and analytics to support decision-making
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management
• Analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Monitor financial metrics and key performance indicators
• Support strategic planning and business case development

Qualifications Needed:

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of financial planning and performance analysis
• Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is preferred
• GCC or UAE FP&A experience strongly preferred
