Job Title: Forex Trader – Proprietary Trading

Job Description: As a Forex Trader at a well-established proprietary trading firm — one that has spent the last two decades building one of the most respected trader-development models in the industry — you will trade the global currency markets with firm capital, analyzing economic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical events to execute forex strategies. Your traders operate independently but never alone — capital, risk infrastructure, mentorship, and a peer community are all part of the package.

Responsibilities:

• Trade the global currency markets with firm capital — analyzing economic data, central bank policy, and geopolitical events
• Execute forex strategies with discipline and precision within a structured proprietary trading environment
• Apply technical and fundamental analysis to identify high-probability currency trading opportunities across major and minor pairs
• Manage positions within defined risk parameters and firm capital allocation guidelines
• Operate independently but within a structured trader-development framework — capital, risk infrastructure, mentorship, and peer community included
• Prepare regular trading performance reports and market commentary for team and risk management review
• Develop and refine trading strategies through structured analysis, backtesting, and disciplined performance evaluation
• Participate in the firm’s trader community and development activities — leveraging mentorship and peer collaboration

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven forex trading experience with strong analytical approach to global currency markets
• Deep understanding of economic data analysis, central bank policy, and geopolitical event trading
• Disciplined, independent trading mindset with ability to operate effectively within a proprietary trading framework
• Strong risk management discipline for professional trading operations with firm capital
• Quantitative and analytical skills for strategy development and trading performance evaluation
• UAE-based candidate preferred for trading desk participation and community engagement
