Job Description: As a professional at Fireblocks, a leading digital asset custody and transfer platform, you will support the UAE operations, driving adoption of institutional-grade crypto infrastructure for banks, fintechs, and enterprises.

Responsibilities:

• Support business development, client onboarding, and technical integration for institutional clients.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless platform adoption.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients on digital asset custody and transfer solutions.
• Monitor market trends and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of experience in digital assets, fintech, or institutional crypto solutions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, custody solutions, and API integrations.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
