Job Title: Fircosoft Screening Specialist (Optimisation & Tuning)

Job Description: As a Fircosoft Screening Specialist at CAPITEX, you will optimise and tune Fircosoft screening systems for banking clients, ensuring efficient and accurate sanctions screening and transaction monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise Fircosoft screening systems, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant sanctions screening.
• Tune screening rules, thresholds, and algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining detection effectiveness.
• Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to refine screening workflows and resolve system issues.
• Monitor system performance and prepare reports on screening effectiveness and tuning outcomes.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of experience with Fircosoft or similar sanctions screening systems in banking or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and AML/CFT frameworks.
• Experience with system tuning, rule optimisation, and reducing false positive rates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.
