We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to manage liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk for fintech operations. This role involves monitoring daily treasury activities and supporting strategic capital management.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily cash flow and liquidity positions.

• Assist in cash forecasting and investment strategies.

• Reconcile bank accounts and payment systems.

• Support risk management related to FX, interest rates, and credit.

• Prepare treasury reports for management.

• Collaborate with finance, operations, and product teams.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate treasury policies.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in treasury, finance, or fintech.

• Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills.

• Knowledge of cash management systems and financial instruments.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
