Job Description

The Fintech Solutions Architect will design and implement cloud-based, API-driven financial platforms in Dubai. Operating within DIFC/ADGM regulations, this role ensures scalability, security, and compliance of fintech systems across UAE and MENA markets. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and risk teams to deliver enterprise-grade financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture for cloud and API-based fintech platforms.
• Guide engineering teams on implementation best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and security alignment.
• Evaluate emerging technologies for fintech adoption.
• Support integration with banks, PSPs, and third-party services.
• Conduct technical reviews and mentor team members.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years in software architecture, 3+ years in fintech.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API design.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory standards.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
