We are seeking a Fintech Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks within fintech products and services. This role ensures secure and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, and market risks.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and internal controls.
• Prepare risk reports and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with finance, compliance, and product teams.
• Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and emerging threats.
• Support audits and regulatory assessments.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in risk analysis, preferably in fintech.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial regulations, AML, and KYC.
• Proficiency with risk assessment tools and reporting software.
