We are seeking a Fintech Risk Analyst to identify, assess, and mitigate financial and operational risks within fintech products and services. This role ensures secure and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze financial, operational, and market risks.

Monitor regulatory compliance and internal controls.

Prepare risk reports and recommend mitigation strategies.

Collaborate with finance, compliance, and product teams.

Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and emerging threats.

Support audits and regulatory assessments.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or related field.

3–5 years experience in risk analysis, preferably in fintech.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Knowledge of financial regulations, AML, and KYC.

Proficiency with risk assessment tools and reporting software.
