We are looking for an experienced Fintech Project Manager to oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills to manage stakeholders and drive success in a dynamic fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and manage fintech projects from initiation to completion.

Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, and product.

Track project progress and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.

Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and business goals.

Prepare and present project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Drive continuous improvement in project management practices.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred).

5+ years of project management experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS.

Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies.

Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
