Job Description

We are seeking a Fintech Product Operations Specialist to support the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of fintech products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in launching and monitoring fintech products.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams.

Track product KPIs and operational performance.

Identify and resolve operational issues impacting products.

Support documentation, reporting, and process improvements.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, or related field.

2–4 years experience in product operations, preferably in fintech.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of fintech product workflows and operational standards.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
